Online Ecommerce Website Banner

Lamour’s website is bilingual, with English and Chinese versions. The homepage layout features two main banners side by side. The left banner typically highlights the core promotional campaign, while the right banner presents secondary content. Below the banners, a horizontal scrolling bar displays key event updates and promotional information.
Offline Materials

Offline materials were usually sent to retail stores for promotional use. Unlike online visuals, these designs adopted flat illustrations in a unified color palette as background elements to better highlight product images and key messages.

Monthly Campaign Design - Commercial Project
Relax & Refresh was Lamour’s first campaign developed in collaboration with an external advertising agency. It introduced new requirements for ad creatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, and YouTube. These changes included not only size adaptations for responsive design, but also platform-specific visual strategies. For example, Google ads emphasized text clarity, while Meta focused on visually engaging imagery to better suit each platform’s user base. This project also marked my first experience exploring how SEO principles can inform advertising design.
To reflect the theme of “Relax & Refresh,” I selected a palette of soft blues and greens. The visuals combined real-life photography with light illustrative elements to create a calm, refreshing mood inspired by Japanese aesthetics.

The Meta ad series featured playful illustrations and bold, vibrant color contrasts. These ads were primarily designed for platforms like Meta and Instagram, where the user base is younger and more visually driven. Bright, cheerful colors were used to attract higher click-through rates. To enhance visual dynamism, I also created frame-by-frame animated GIFs that added movement and variation to the designs.

Google Ads and YouTube Ads placed greater emphasis on delivering clear textual information. Following typical reading habits from left to right and top to bottom, I arranged the layout with a clear text hierarchy to guide viewer attention. Product images were positioned in the lower right corner to support the message while keeping the focus on the content.
